Our client is a large wholesale frozen meat products company in Europe with a wide network of regular customers and partners. Since 2012, the company has won "STRONGEST IN LITHUANIA" awards every year.


Job content :

  • Active search for meat producers and suppliers in Italy, negotiations on partnership contracts;
  • Active sales of frozen meat production to regular B2B customers (meat producers-combinations, retail-wholesale retail outlets and HoReCa companies);
  • Active search for new customers, analysis of customer needs, submission of commercial proposals and negotiations on contract terms;
  • Expansion of the range of goods for sale;
  • Analysis of competitive market opportunities;
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Important: Work from an office in Lithuania or Italy.


Requirements :

  • Higher education;
  • 1+ years of work experience in Active Sales;
  • Work experience with sales of food/beverage products - a big advantage;
  • Experience of working with the Italian market is a big advantage;
  • Commercial thinking and customer orientation;
  • C1 - C2 knowledge of the Italian language (daily communication in Italian);
  • B2 English language proficiency (working with international documents and communication at specialized exhibitions);
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
  • The possibility to be on a business trip in Italy in the 1st week of 2 months, if the candidate lives in Lithuania.

Company's remunerations :

  • 1800 - 2500 euros/month. net fixed salary depending on experience and results;
  • Real 1000 - 3500 euros/month. net bonuses for meeting and exceeding sales plans;
  • The possibility to earn 5000 - 6000 euros/month after 1 year of effective work. net;
